History of Black Comedy Event – Saturday 31st May 2014

comedy

We had a fantastic time at the Marcus Garvey Library at our Sankofa Saturday screening on the ‘History of Black Comedy’. Lots of laughter and group discussion about comedy from the USA and from the UK. I was ecstatic that the great actress Judith Jacobs of the Real McCoy comedy sketch series came down to support our event.

It was nice to laugh as a group, reliving memories while watching some old Real McCoy sketches from YouTube. Mr Frazer had everyone in tears.

A big thanks to Sis Dawn Golbourne for her continuous support. One Love!
